We never collect and store Credit/Debit Card information. Your information is held on our providers secure server which is hacker safe and tested daily. We never download your information. We just view the information which helps us to deliver and ship your items. We protect the security of your information during transmission by many ways including the use of the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) for processing contributions securely using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts information you input. When you enter your payment information, you will notice the URL in the address bar will begin with https and you will notice the padlock icon in the lower right hand corner of your browser window. This assures you that you are in a secure site. As soon as your order is shipped the information is deleted. Privacy Policy: Your privacy is very important to us. We promise we will Never give, sell, or trade your information with anyone. We will only use your information to process and ship your order to you. If you sign up for our newsletter, we will send you information occasionally. You can opt out at any time. If you don't sign up, we won't bother you. Shipping: All beads and jewelry on our website receive free shipping with no minimum purchase. All other items receive free shipping with a minimum $59.00 purchase. Orders under $59.00 that are not jewelry or beads will be charged a flat fee of $9.95 for shipping. If an item you ordered is out of stock, we will email you with an estimated time of arrival and you can choose whether to cancel the order or wait for shipment. All back ordered items will be shipped at no additional shipping charge and your credit card will not be billed until item is shipped. We do not ship internationally at this time. Return Policy: If you would like to return an item for any reason simply return it to us, postage paid in original condition and packaging along with a copy of your receipt, within 30 days for an exchange and within 15 days for a refund. If the merchandise appears used/worn we cannot accept it for a refund or exchange. Shipping charges are only refunded if we have made an error.
